1. If any of you have Dallas center, do not bother to go to the center without InfoPass appointment. The y will not take you.
2. In the approval letter they only ask you to bring, passport, Driver's licence, 2 photographs, approval notice and I-94. But they also ask for any valid Advance Parole document or EAD cards - so make sure you take them with you.
3. The letter says they need a photograph which has a side profile. This was similar to what I had submitted initially during I-485 filing as well as during my fingerprinting (which was on September 19, 2004). However, the lady actually asked for front-facing photographs. Not only did their letter ask for a side profile photograph, even my lawyer had asked me to take side profile photographs - so I would suggest that you call their customer service and figure out what type of photo your center requires. Better still, take both types of photographs. That should save you an unnecessary trip.
