Temporary Ead Question - Pls Help

Please help me understanding the following=>
My present employer files I-485 4 months back(with EAD etc). MY FP is done.I have not yet received EAD.

Can I get a temp EAD from INS and change jobs - in case in emergency situation?? After that can I transfer all my 485 papers from present employer to new employer??

I am preparing for the worst!! Will appreciate your response.

Can get iEAD, but ...

it\'s very dangerous because INS might deny your AOS if INS found your changing a job before 180 days.
Please check AC21.
If changing your job with EAD, you may want to get an H-1B for the new employer, considering the worst case.
