Hi All
I got a letter (based on my naging to TSC every morning,even though I knew that processing time is Bull....t.)from TSC that my case could not be approved due to security check.I remember an old joke in Which some one answered in job interview that Taj Mahal is in Delhi.Interviewer laughed at him .He asked him back "do you think , saying Agra could have impressed you.
Anyway .Can someone suggest me a template for requesting expediated name check.I work for Govt and state agency agreed to request on my behalf.I understand one of the criteria is Government agency needs you so badly.My boss is going to get it signed my high official. ;)

If u think that your case falls in that following criteria you may ask ur att to send request to UsCIS for name check exjpedite. u don't need any template just few lines of ur side of justification from your attorney on your case. No 2-3 page letter.

-------------------
USCIS has advised the following FBI Name Check Expedite Criteria. One of the following criteria must be met in order for USCIS to expedite the check:

Military deployment must be imminent;

Age-out benefits (not covered by the Child Status Protection Act);

Writ of Mandamus--lawsuit pending in Federal Court;

Immigration Judge cases--grant of lawful permanent residence; and
Compelling reasons as provided by the requesting office (i.e. critical medical condition) assessed on a case by case basis.

So, if your case has been delayed solely for the FBI name check for an unreasonable period of time, check with an expert attorney about whether you may be able to expedite the clearance through one of the above means. We will update you as information becomes available.

Good LUck

May I advise you as friend?, try to use some optimistic name instead of 'Victim' and you will see how things change around you.
