Temp Working abroad hurts Citizenship application?

While I was temporary out of the States (less than 6 months), I was working in my home country. Should I mention that on my N-400?

That is for the section: “Part 6. Information About Your Residence and Employment”

Is that fact in any way hurting my application for US Citizenship? I had to pay my bills while abroad and I hope that is understood.

Ok. I have no problem with that.

The only thing is that income is already taxed by foreign country.
Can I avoid double taxing it?
