Temp Employment, considering CP

Hi:

My part time employer is willing to sponsor gc and I am considering CP. Should I be concerned as my employment terms are part time. Would it help more if I convert to full time. Any suggestions are highly appreciated.

PS: I also hold a full time employment

Employment based GC is only for full time jobs.

sure, the GC is for a full time employment. Which means after the GC approval, I would turn full time. But at the time of applying for , and attending the CP interview, I would only be a temp employee. Is that okay?

That should be fine. But be prepared to explain why your current job is temporary. Also make sure that the permanent position is specified in the written employment letter.
