I got a temporary job offer from a staffing agency (the agency will pay me but I will work for another company which will be assigned), so I applied for a TN visa about 2 weeks ago. But my visa was denied. I got all documents ready (at that time, I applied for 2 visas and got granted one of them) but the immigration officer told me that she can't give me the visa because the staffing agency is a third party and she wants the letter from a company where I'll be working.
but by reading the threads in this Forum, it shouldn't be a problem to get a TN visa if I have a job offer from a temp agency. Would you please let me know how I write the employment letter in order to get a visa without a problem in this situation? Thank you so much!
