Telecommute on EAD?

After changing employer on AC-21 portability, Can a person on EAD status, telecommute ( work from home through internet, phone and email) for the current employer? Please advice.

Hey pradeep, there is no restirction what so ever on telecommting. The job has to be full time and should fall in the same category of job specified in LC.

Please confirm that on Telecommute, if I relocate, all I need to act on is:

-file change of address (AR-11) form with USCIS. Right?
