Have any of you received TN status with Technical Publications Writer as your job title?
My duties seem to fit that title and I have a lot of technical writing experience (albeit in health sciences, not engineering, etc.). The min qualifications for the job will be a BA. I have a BA but my major wasn't English. I did take a lot of humanities-type courses (which meant a lot of writing!). My MSc addresses the content-expertise, but again doesn't really get at the "writer" certification.
I'm concerned that despite my experience, I'll be denied because of the education fit!
Any thoughts are welcomed!!!
