Since I was in the process of applying for a I-visa before I "won" I am now proceeding with this, hoping to GOD that I will at least get a visa...
Now, the US embassies "book an appointment" is down too! Not only in my country, but as I can see, all over.
WTF is going on?? Maybe I am just seeing things now, but maybe a general malfunction problems has accurred?
