Hello Ladies and Gentlemen!

My Labor Cert was filed (EB2/RIR) with Texas SESA in July 2002 and as of today not received any response with regards to its moving into the Federal Labor process. I was told the process is about 3-4 months, but now it seems its over 7 months..Anybody please share his/her experience. The processing timings indicate that current SESA TEXAS is processing applications from August 2002.....I am totally confused and worried..Somebody please share your thoughts....

my case got cleared from texas sesa in aug'02 1st week & sent to dallas for final approval for LC approval, nothing is moving since then, I called them & they told me that they are processing july 12'02 cases for final approval, I asked them why it is taking time, they told me that only 1 person is working on this approval certification at dallas office. anyobdy who knows about federal labor please keep updates going on. my case was filed in texas work force in april last week & it got approved from sesa in aug 1st week & sent to dallas office for final approval, but still nothing is moving from that date.
