Hi all,
my wife got TD visa on Dec 11 which is valid only for 1 month because my TN is expiring on Jan 20, 2007. hopefully I'll get extension in my TN visa in few days.
the question is how can I re-apply for her TD visa here in Texas, as I have a short time. Is there any way I can goto In-Person to visa processing offices ?
Please help me in this matter

Thanks in advance.

-- You can't go to the visa processing office. You can go to the border with her though, with your new TN to get her TD extension.

OR

If your TN comes well before her expiry of TD, you can file for her TD extension using form I-539.

If your TN renewal does not come before her TD expires, she needs to leave the US before she becomes out of status.

Thank you for your kind suggestion. I really appreciate it.

Assuming you renewed by mail. You should be able to apply for TD extension (I-539) simply based on your pending I-129/TN.
