Td to H1b

hi all
my husband is on Tn visa n iam on Td visa, a company wants to file H1b visa for me,so regarding this i have some questions plz giveme some advices,
1. what is the procedure to get into TD to H1b visa.
2. if i enter into H1b than how this will affect my husbands TN visa.
3. if they file H1b visa,than how do i renew my TD visa.( my td is due in june n if they file H1b , till the H1b confirmation comes what i should do)

1. Company files I-129 to Vermont for H1B status for you. Probably file the I-129 in April, receive approval to start work Oct 1.
2. nothing
3.just renew it as USCIS will not process the H1B until Oct because the quota is full until then.

Don't mess around with this. Make sure you get all of the paperwork in by April 1st of this year or you will miss out. I have missed out since 2004 as the H1's have all been used up before we filed in the last three years. I believe they will all be used up by the end of the first week in April this year.
