First off--do you mean the VISA stamp or the entry stamp? Canadian citizens entering in TD status to join a husband (or wife) in TN status would get an entry stamp at the border but they would never get a VISA stamp. The VISA stamp would be for non-Canadian citizens who need to apply for an actual TD VISA (the immigration kind, not the credit card kind issued by TD Canada Trust--although the latter is sometimes called a "green card") at a US consulate in Canada.
Assuming she is a Canadian citizen she would have gotten an entry stamp at the border but NO VISA stamp.
As for the I-94, I believe it is now entirely electronic so no paper I-94 is issued. She can look up her I-94 info at the following website:
Hi, my wife and son entered the US as TD on June 1st, 2013, but I can't retrieve their I94 on the website: https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/request.html. Does anyone know what might be going on?
