Hi
I Just found your website - it's wonderful! I was wondering whether anyone has had any experience getting a TD Visa from an overseas consulate. I have made an online appt with the US Consulate here in Melbourne (Aust), and had to indicate it was for a Tourist visa, as there was no TD category on their online booking site. It seems it is extremely uncommon to ask for a TD in my country. My new Canadian husband (married in CA in January) is on a recently renewed TN. So, armed with all the documents I need I will see them in early April. Having previously entered the US 4 times (3 Waivered Visas and 1 Tourist Visa) I'm hoping I will not having any problems getting the visa.
