TCS says they Lost my I-140 Document (Missing document from TCS)

Guys,

I was shock to see my Attorney's email on Friday that TCS lost my I140 document. Got RFE to attorney and he said that TCS send a letter saying they didn't received my I140 document. I did concurrent filing for both I140 and I485. I have a fedex generated tracking number for both I140 and I485 with signature.

I got my EAD/AP in December but I don't know how they have not received my I140 papers.

Any input which help me would be appreciated.
 
Is TCS = Texas Service Center? Did your employer received the receipt notice for the I-140? If yes, then ask them to track the application online first, (in case it got transferred to NSC) before calling TSC.
 
140 RFE Submitted

I have question , How long it will take after submitting the evidence . I have received RFE on Jan 15 and submitted 03/25/2008 and I have seen LUD 03/27/2008 .

How long they will take time to decide the case?

Appriciate if you can reply me.

It's a GOOD thing that they updated online. Mine I have reply on monday but still it shows me the same date. I got two soft LUD's and sudden on Friday I got an email from my attorney about RFE and on website nothing was updated. So TSC is not updating on time. I read on other fourm also that TSC is very leazy in updating the wesite.
