Hi all:
Just got my 485 RFE and it's regarding the TB skin test. The civil surgeon did not perform this test as I have had reaction to the skin test before. I have been vaccinated against TB as a child. The civil surgeon just did the chest X-rays that came out unremarkable. The NSC sent a sealed envelope with instructions for the doctor as well and I have almost 2 mos to respond to this.
Anybody has had a similar experience with NSC? Is this serious?
Because this is the only issue, is this it; or they can come back with another RFE for something entirely different later? I was wondering if they send RFEs for all issues for your entire application at one time or do they drag it out.
Any thoughts or comments will be very much appreciated.
Best,
