taxes and concerned no bios

I need to do taxes soon as I could used the money from return(which isn't much)
Should i wait until i get EAD and SSN or other route?

Also my package was accepted and last touched 1/15. Haven't heard anything since.
Getting concerned as I see other people having their biometrics appointment already.
