Tax Transcripts

Hello All,

Am I required to carry Tax Transcripts of the last 3 years for the CP interview and If so, how to get it ? I am in India now.
Can somebody to to IRS office and get it for me ?

if u have the copies of ur tax returns ...

that should be enough .... there is no need to have the tax transcripts if u have the above ...

Also, IRS will send the tax transcripts to the address they have on file so I don't think anyone can collect it for you ...

I believe if you have copies of the tax returns you might use them.

it is ok if you have tax return copy or else you may request someone here to go to IRS office and collect it but the person should no your ssn also you may dial 1800 number of IRS and get a transcript. Try any internet dialup.
