I landed in Canada in Sept 03. Will I have to Pay taxes for the whole amount I earned in 2003 Or only on the portion which I earned after becoming landed immigrant ?

Make sure you pro rate the STd deduction for 4 months and not take for full years . That is a very common mistake which starts an audit /re - evaluation of Tax forms
