Hi all!
Should I submit form 4506T-EZ,form 4506T or form 4506 (from IRS) for the interview?
Which form does provide the information that USCIS need?

Do not use 4506 - it is for requesting an actual photocopy of your return, which you don't need (plus it's not free). Either 4506T or 4506T-EZ may be used to request a tax return transcript, free of charge. However, it is easier and faster to get a tax return transcript by calling the IRS toll-free number 1-800-829-1040.

Also, not everyone even needs to get tax return transcripts for the interview. They are really only needed for marriage-based naturalization cases as well as for the cases where there were trips out of the country lasting more than 6 months but less than a year (to show that the applicant did not break continuous residency). For all other applicants tax return transcripts are not really needed, except for one's peace of mind.
