Tax return form 1040NR or any other

Please excuse me as I am filing first time tax return in USA.
I am working on H1B Visa and my I-140 is pending at TSC.

Which form I should use to file tax return 1040NR or any other. What about state tax return form.

Kindly do reply. Last date is approaching fast.
