Hi Guys,
Can any one tell me what form has to be filled and send to IRS for getting Tax Return Record for past 3 years, earlier some one posted the name of Form but I am not able to find it. Another question will that form be sufficient to satisfy BCIS for Tax return in case of RFE.

In my opinion, the best way to request your tax records is by calling IRS. You can find their number on their web site. It's an automated menu-based system. You normally get it within a couple of weeks. I haven't done it lately, but you can try that.
