Tax Problem affect citizenship application?

Hello
I am on green card right now and already been here 7 years already, during the 7 years i went back to my country 4 times, each time is within 6 months.
The problem is i am still paying installment tax each month right now, this is for tax year 2005, and it takes some time for me to finish paying.

The question is will they reject me because of that?

Sounds like you will have to answer "yes" to the question whether you owe any overdue taxes, but so long as you have a documented payment arrangement with the IRS, you shouldn't have too many problems with USCIS.
