Hello! My husband is on a J1 visa.He had signed the tax treaty which exempted him from paying the taxes.(He will have to pay the taxes for this year when we are back to our home country).So his taxes weren't withheld by his employer.Which forms would he have to file for his tax return?I meanwhile am on a J2 visa and have been working since december 2010.My employer has withheld my federal and social security taxes.Can I get refund?Which forms do I file?
