Tax filing and F1 Visa denial?

A friend of mine, an F1 visa holder, worked on campus legally but she didn't file her taxes for a few years. She plans to go home during the summer and return to finish her studies in the fall. Do you think she might get her returning visa denied due to her tax issues? What should she do?

Thanks! She received her W-2 forms from her school. She talked to a CPA and the filing process might take a while, so she wanted to know if she could leave for summer then come back to complete the filing process, under the condition that there wouldn't be any trouble for obtaining the returning visa because of the taxes not filed.

I have 5 years multiple entry B2 visa which was issued on 7th March, 2016. I haven't traveled to the US with this visa. Now I intend to apply for F1 visa. Will that be a problem now in getting the F1 visa because of the fat that I haven't used the B2 visa yet. Thanks in advance for your answer.
