Tax documents for Naturalization process

For naturalization - do we need to provide BOTH federal and state tax transcript?
I know we can get federal tax transcripts for 3 years from IRS. Where can we get state tax transcripts from?

Normally you don't NEED to provide any tax docs, but sometimes the IO will request you supply additional documentation, and this may include transcripts from IRS and/or State.
