tax deductions??

I was wondering, if anybody knows, if the legal fees paid for employment based visas (H1, O1, green card) are tax- deductible. IRS publication 529 says that legal fees paid to do or keep your job are deductible, but I don't know if this applies to visa related legal expenses.

I think fees for H1B can be claimed as part of your relocation expenses.
