Does talking too many times with IIO\'s affect your case (after the case is assigned to an Officer).

I read the following in CIBA\'s site (CIBA...Is this true?)

It has been said that calling very frequently might raise a red flag and earmark your application for an RFE -- it is not clear wether
this is accurate information.

I personally do not think so. It would be great if somebody has any reliable information rather than posting that "my lawyer told me not to contact INS". Sure all lawyers tell that.

the only person that can get a hard time is ur lawyer they talk to ins to a different level and ins might criticize them
since ur lawyer is the only one thats suppose to deal with them in an inquiry level
this is only my opinion
