He says TSC is now processing Jan 03, 2000 Cases as of today. Since my ND is Jan 26th, he said that it would take atleast 4-more weeks to get to my case. About the FP expiration, he said he would Email the concerned people to re-schedule for the FP redo (Well that was what the another IIO told whe I called around three-weeks ago).

So people, the good news is that all those folks whose ND is prior to Jan 03, 2000, now can ask the senators. At least they donot have the excuse that they are still processing 07/99 cases.. :-)

That\'s a great news.Hope they will not stick to that date forever.Regarding your 2nd FP if you don\'t get a notice within 10 days I suggest you call those buggers again.
