Spoke with an IIO. My PD 10/96. RD/ND 10/99-11/99. Said did not get my FP yet. Her reply was that I will be getting the notice within the next 30-40days. India/EB3.

I am confused by your statement. Are you waiting for FP notice from VSC?
Or did IIO meant you will get your 485 approval in 30-40 days???

She should have meant FP notice. SInce my question was when I will be getting my FP notice.
