This is the second time I have ever called an IIO in last 3 years. Was a decent lady. She asked me my receipt number, then verified the DOB and the address. Then she told me that my case in the review area. So i asked her what does that mean, She replied that this is the area where the decision is made. I didnot ask her how long as i know they dont tell u anything.
She told me to inform them about the change of address if any. so i thanked her and hung up.
So now what does that mean ? Any experts(Myladoor etc) out there willing to shed any information.
