Talked to TSC IO on 8/30.

Today I called TSC IO, Got connected within a minute, Spoke with a nice lady. She told me that currently they are processing up to the receipt date of Oct 27th 2006, she asked us to wait for another 30 days, before that we may hear something from USCIS, if not she asked me to give back a call. she also said it is just matter of time...everything looks good.

Everytime when I called, they used to tell me that my NC was still pending and spouse NC was cleared...but today when I asked about my NC status, she told me in a nice way that just wait for 30 more days...:confused: But I do not have any LUD after 05/01...:confused:

What I don't understand is why they would put ....you should be getting written decision within 60days.... if that's not the case.

Both myself and my wife have this. Is this just a place holder or something that they are trying to meet?
