Talked to NSC today

I just talked to an IO at NSC. She said my case has been assigned to an officer and is no longer under review. She said it is a very good thing because a case is only assigned to an officer if everything is clear. However, she could not give me a time as to when I will receive it.

Has anyone else gotten a similar reply?

it a matter of few hours.. the same answer I got yesterday and today IO said my case is approved. But I dont see status changed or any emails..

You should get the approval mail soon. I called NSC yesterday and they said the same thing to me.

the customer representative is just reading the case status which we can check on USCIS.gov. I have LUD on my case today and wondering what is happening with my case.

It should be within the week once your case is assigned to an officer.
