I just wanted to share my experience. My RFE response was received on July 5th by NSC and I got the standard message saying that I should expect a decision or update withing the next 60 days. 60 days have passed and I've got nothing. So, I called NSC yesterday twice, spoke with two different people, and got their standard answer. According to them, my case to very recent (ND 01/04/07) and they are currently processing September 2006 cases, so I should just sit and wait. I was hoping for a bit more luck today, so I called again. I got the same answer and , in accordance with their policy, they wouldn't provide me with any other information.
It seems that they have gotten a bit more strict with divulging information about cases, or maybe it's just my luck.
