finally got through after trying for 3 days.
She said case is with an officer and I would should hear something in a month.

facade, You will definitely get your approval with a couple of weeks my friend. I say that based on the trend of approvals, people who got their RFE's in later part of january onwards are getting their approvals in a pretty short time some times amazingly in days and not even have to wait for weeks.

does it really mean anything when the IIO says the case is with an officer and the decision will be made in a month?
Are there any people here who were told this and actually heard back a decision in 30 days?
