My RD 10/15....He said everything is good on my case. The freeze is still not over and will take atleast 90 days for Oct01 cases. He said that they still have Sept cases in pipe line. He also confirmed that rumours of freeze being over are there and they are getting lots of calls. BUT IT IS NOT OVER for atleast 60 days..

Thanks for posting this info. Could you please clarify if the freeze will be for 60 days or 90 days? Do you mean 90 days in total and 60 days left? It is amazing that the IIO told you this, because even INS officials decline to comment on the duration of the freeze. You wouldn't post fake info, would you?
 
I wrote what IIO told me. Take it or leave it.
As far as IIO freeze should be there for atleast 60 more days and 30 more days from there on work on my case. So Oct filers can hear something in first week of April I guess.
 
I don't believe LayOffBaba

It seems after getting laid off for so many time, LayOffBaba has gone nuts. He is one of the persons who spread all kind of his pessimistic ideas in this forum.

Guys please don't believe in him.

if you beleve him, then you are wrong. 5 months ago, he spreaded the rumor here that the prioty date will regress to 2000 by Oct.
