I have been trying to talk to an IIO for 7 months now, Luckily (not so lucky, I was on hold for 48 min)I got connected on Friday. The change of address I gave 7 months back did not get updated in INS system and also my case is still pending EB2, India , ND 03/2000, FP 05/00, SRC 0010. I see so many cases getting approved which are before and after me, God knows what criteria TSC uses to assign their cases.

My case is also pending and AVR says case not found for last 8 months.
My RD = 04/00 and FP were done in 06/00,
Country others so EB2 or EB3 does not matter I guess.
