Just talked to an IIO this morning at about 8:30. She told me I should receive a notice within three weeks. She said that is all she could tell when I asked for more detail info about the notice. When I asked about current processing time, she said that was August 1. Then I reminded her that my notice date is Sept. 08. But she reconfirmed that I will receive a notice from them within three weeks.I guess she must have fund something in the system since she was so positive about the notice.

Any similar experience? Can someone give me some thought what that notice is about?

The voice message does not change though, I just checked it yesterday.

My ND is very near to yours (9/8/99, 99-259-xxxxx). After reading
your message, I called a nice VSC IIO around 3:30pm. She told me
my case is reviewed by an officer and it will take around another
30 days for them to make a conclusion. God knows it\'s true or not
but it\'s the kind of answer I feel comfortable with.
