- she told me they're processing till Nov 16'01
- My case is not yet assisgned and will be in the next week or so

anyone on the same boat?

Attorney talked to officer who was assigned to handle my case. According to attorney, FBI clearance was fine for my case.

Officer was also friendly. Officer ask attorney to call back in 7-10 days. Attorney will call officer in a week as officer suggested.
