This morning I talked to IIO at VSC. The IIO told me that they my application is pending. I could not understand the what does that mean, so I asked her what does that mean, she said it is pending and she declined to comment further.
I asked her, is my case with an IIO ? she said that I am not allowed to tell this (what a rule... ).
She told me that they are currently processing I-485 having Notice Date ( she refered this as Receipt Date )
of Apr 01,1999. Then I asked her how long it is going to take, she told me she does not know.
My case is Eb-2 India/ RD Apr 02,1999/ ND May 03,1999/ FP Done in Mar-2000.
