Talked to IIO @ VSC.

Hi ALL,

I talked to IIO @ VSC today ( Jun 16,2000 @ 2.00 PM EDT). She told me that they are currently processing for RD ( Not ND) Dec 15, 1998.
She also confirmed that they process in order of Receipt Date i.e. RD, also there is no preference of EB1/EB2/EB3 or country of origin as far as processing of I-485s goes. It looks like VSC is moving. To talked to IIO, I redialled around 10 times ( total 2 min duration) and was on hold for only for 3 min ( yes three min.). Fairly quick.

I also asked who come there are some Jan/Feb-1999 approvals, she said \'NO IDEA may be those guys are lucky".

IMHO when they say RD, I think it is ND because the automated system for me says:
"Your Application for AOS was received on 7/27/99....."

This is my ND. My RD is 7/02/99

DG, exactly the same was told to me by IIO - RD not ND.. Yes, in spite of the fact that the recorded message says application *received* on *ND*... That\'s why I\'m keeping my eyes widely open on postings here that mention their RD..

What is your case details...

Lets keep in touch to keep track of how is going at VSC. Looks like they are pickiing up at good speed. Hope all the posting people are putting for I-485 approval is true.

My case : PD Aug-1997, RD Apr-1999, ND May-1999. FP Done in Mar-2000, Cleared bu FBI Mar-2000. EB-2,INDIA,Labor type of case.
