She says, on Apr 11th my application(along with my wife\'s) has been moved from shelf to I485 department from where it will be assigned to officer.

This step is kind of new for me. Per my understanding it goes from shelf to officer. Did any one recd the same kind of answer.

In any event something has happend on Apr 11th.

Even my RD is 12/00, ND 01/01, FP 03/01 and EB2...

But my WAC # is 01-073-XXXXX....but nothing has happened so far!!!!

weiqi, someone with wac-01-080 got approval. That is the reason I called csc to find out the status

what is the good time to call CSC,
it is always busy or get the message
"all lines are blabla", and never got through.

Can you give me some experience on how to make the call?

I started trying at about 11:40, connected at 12:05. I was on hold till 1:10(close to 1hr 5 min). I guess that was lunch for them.

I realized after on hold for 1/2 hr but don\'t want to call another time. Good thing after the long wait is, talked COURTEOUS IIO who checked both mine and my wife\'s cases

So give ur self a good 2:00hr window if you are calling between 11 and 12.

don\'t get too excited, they don\'t follow any regular parterns. if you look at the track list, there are always luck ones and unlucky ones. i am wac-01-059, still waiting, and a lot of people are with earlier ND than mine and still waiting. but it looks encouraging. good luck to all.

Looks like I talked to the same IIO you talked to since I got the same response.She told me that my file moved to the processing/adjudicating dept from the shelf on April 9th.

I called on friday afternoon around 1:30 or so, got connected within 5 minutes and another 12-15 minutes of holding after that.

Details:
EB2 India
ND: 10/00
FP: 2/24 (did earlier than scheduled date of 3/15)
WAC-01-001-55xxx

Interestingly, doing FP earlier did not seem to help my case at all. INS probably looks at the FP results only after the scheduled date since mine were attached to the file on 3/25.

Hopefully, this will be over soon. Its been a long wait....
