I thought this information might be useful.
I had a question about the address where I have to send AP application (this is the first time I apply for AP). She told me the correct address is:
U.S. Department of Homeland Security
Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services
California Service Center
P.O. Box 30111
Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-0111

And also the letter should contain a line:
ATTN: I-131 (advance parole)

They are processing November 01 cases ( what a news!:( ).
She advised me to start renewing my EAD since my I-485 won’t be processed by the end of August when it will expire. According to her EAD takes 120 days to be approved.
FP and FBI clearance for my case (ND: 5/8/2002) were received by BCIS.

Comment: If all this is correct it means they have no intention to speed up the adjustment cases.

Good luck to all of you

Thanks

Thanks for sharing the info. My ND is 05/10/2002. I just applied for ead renewal. Looks like I did the right thing.
when this painful wait will be over.....god knows.
