Talked to IIO today

I guess I am quite lucky today. It only took me 10 minutes to get through INS and talk to the officer. She was very nice and helpful. She said my fingerprint is not readable (did FP in Feb).
I-485 division should have re-scheduled my fingerprint but failed to do so. She will send a notice to I-485 supervisor. She is really nice and easy-going.
How long do you think it will take for the new FP to come?

What does your AVM message say about your case status?

If your FP is unreadable, INS should inform you.
Please post you I485 details.

INS failed to send FP redo notice

My wife (primary applicant) has been approved six months ago.
Her name in tracker is April_Yue (all info updated there). Since her approval, I mailed a written inquiry to TSC about my case, no response. I called today and was told that my FP is not readable and TSC failed to inform me nor sent a redo notice.

AVM and online says "Your I-485 was received on xxx. It takes 725-775 days to process such a case, blah, blah, blah." Nothing seems wrong, plus I have never heard that TSC failed to notify the applicant to RE-DO the FP, plus I did not receive a FP redo notice, all together made me wait for six months for nothing. Anyway, I am glad I called today. Suggest those who are in the same situation to call TSC to clear things up.
