Talked to a decent IIO today at noon. She told me that my case is with an officer pending decision and will take 30-45 days.
I was expecting her to say that my case on hold due company name change. That does not seem to be the case.

Company name changed after 485 but tax ID remained same. I-140 and I-485 have same company names but new (updated) employment letter has new company name.
