Talked to IIO - Sad story

I have talked to an IIO just now. He said my case is not assigned to an officer yet. First, they said it was assigned on Oct 25th, then Nov 9th and Nov 27th, Today they say it is not yet assigned to an officer.

Needless to say I am extremely sad and mad.

Did you contact senators ?

If you have not, consider contacting them. I am sorry that you are stuck up with the approval. My story is no different from yours. Will be 2 yrs wait time soon.

Contact Senators ??????????? Ya You are right

I think we need more than that(Especially for TSC) - THE PRESIDENT.

For me even that is not working(Contact Senators). The senator\'s office Contacted the TSC once on 09.25.2001, then on 11.06.2001 & Today (12.04.2001) coming back with the same old answer "It takes 30 days for the TSC to send a Finger Print Redo Notice".
