Talked to a very nice lady IIO. She said that my case is assigned to an officer but that dosen\'t mean that it is under processing. I am confused now. Here\'s how it went.
IIO : Good morning how may I help you ? (Something like that)
Me : I like to inquire about my case status.
IIO : What\'s your A number ?
Me : EAC-O1-236-xxxxx (Told her my receipt number even though she asked
A number)
IIO : Your case has been assigned to an officer but that does not mean
that they are processing it (Now what does that mean ?)
Me : Can you tell me when it has been assigned to an officer ?
IIO : No. I can\'t tell you that
Me : Do you process cases based on RD or ND ?
IIO : That really dosen\'t matter to you since your\'s is already assigned
to an officer.
Me : Thank you and have a good day.
