Talked to IIO regarding my FP .

Just now talked with IIO she is most probably(99%) a desi woman.

Asked what is the status of my FP.
She asked for my WAC number.
After that she said that the FP is not yet scheduled.

Asked it has been more than 160 days from my Notice Date.
She said that they have cases with year 1998 (all bullshit).

Asked how are the FP issued RD, ND last name ZIP code.
She said DO NOT KNOW.

Asked when will the case be assigned to officer.
She said after they get the FP.

Asked to take a Print out of my case and forward it to some higher officer.
She said she can not do that.

I talked about the FAX sheet which says that if the FP case passes 120 days then the form says we can FAX a sheet requesting for FP.
She said she give me the FAX number (Damn I have the FAX number on sheet itself)
I Said I have the FAX number.

She said that once the case is approved then they will mail me some form (I-89 i guess so) and I can take this form to local INS office and the passport will be stamped and then will get Plastic Card bla bla.
I did not asked the above information and who does not know this information after applying I-485. I listened all this sincerely.

Final Conclusion is that all she can tell me is that the FP are not scheduled yet. I have sent a FAX sheet requesting for FP 10 days back also.

God only knows how CSC works.

don\'t know if this will help: i spoke to a helpful IIO sometime back and he told me to Fax a request with all my details and requesting them to schedule FP to 949-389-3484. Address it to Division 4, I-485 Section. I asked him if faxing on plain paper was OK and he said it was suficient. i got my FP in the mail on the same afternoon that i faxed, so the fax had no effect on my case. but, no harm in trying.

I have a different story when talking to the IIO officer. I asked her about my FP notice, and she said it has not been send. I asked her if she can send a request for FP notice and she said she can do it, and she did it while she was talking to me on the phone. When asked when I will receive, she answered the computer sends it automatically she does not know. This was a week back , I have still not received anything.
