I called IIO yesteray and the lady is a very nice person. She told me that my case is on hold b/c my
PD is not current and she mentioned that all the preocessings with respect to our 485 has been
completed and as soon as our dates become current within a couple of weeks we should be able to hear
a decision and everything looks good. Here are my details:
PD: April 1, 1998
RD/ND: sept 8,1999/ Sept. 28, 1999.
FP: Aug 2, 2000
No RFE so far and I hope I won\'t be getting one based on IIO statement..
2 EAD\'s & 2 AP\'s so far.
When I asked her, can she predict how long will it take for me to get to that stage, she said I should be
fine by May/June. Btw, my company changed the name sometime back in March, 2000. It\'s just a name
change.
