Talked to IIO.....need VSC fax#

ND 10/00 No FP yet. Called IIO last week. Told that don\'t know why it was delayed so much but FP will be sent within 30 days and asked check back after 30days. Also IIO told that they are processing currently applications up to Sep 1st.
Is there a fax number for VSC to request for sending FP? If so I would like to send a fax too. Help out friends
 
In the same boat

My Nd is 03/2000 and haven\'t got my FP yet. INS says that they have sent it in Feb 2001, but neither me nor my Atty. got the FP notices. My atty. says that he spoke to the IIO and asked them to re-send the FP last week. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Got FP notice

My Atty got the FP notice today. Its at the Alexandria centre,Va. The date for FP is 10/27/2001. Yes, 3 months from now. Can I go for an FP earlier than that date.

I think you shoulbe alright. I have seen many guys going in advance and geting their FP done. All the best.
BTW do you remember when did your attorney talk to IIO? After how many days he got the notice?

My Atty talked to the IIO on last thursday and they got the FP by mail the very next day(Friday), which makes me beleive that it was not my attys call that triggered the FP notice. I had personally called the IIO couple of weeks back and asked her to send the FP notice. But I thought let my atty. be happy and take the credit for it, for there is a long way to go.

Thaks sanny for the information.When you called the IIO, did he tell you that they will send your FP within so and so date? To me they told I should get it within next 30 days. If you don\'t mind pl. post the actual message you got when you called IIO. Also please post your FP experience after you are done
